Mama Terra Micro Creamery is now owned and operated by Applegoat Valley Farm in rural Jacksonville at the former By George Creamery facility and farm. Applegoat Valley Farm is a small family-run farm producing pasture-based and chemical-free dairy and meats in the Applegate Valley for over a decade.

Mama Terra Micro Creamery is an ODA-licensed Grade A Dairy and Creamery producing fresh farmstead chevre goat cheese primarily wholesaled to select local stores. The milk for cheese-making is produced on-farm by the resident herd of Nubian dairy goats. Nubians are known for their sweet and high butterfat milk, which translates wonderfully to producing delicious mild and creamy goat cheese.

The goat herd is naturally raised on an organically-managed farm, given only certified organic grains on the milk stand, Applegate Valley-grown hay, and out to browse/forage on pasture and woodland daily.

The lavender-infused flavor in this spreadable heaven is amazing!

Rogue Valley Sourdough Bread is baked with 75% whole heritage wheat grown and milled at Fry Family Farm right here in the Rogue Valley. This local wheat has a wonderful flavor profile that you don’t get from industrial wheat.
