This week we're ordering Shallots from Gathering Together Farm near Corvallis! We noticed these in the market the other day and we were astounded at their amazing taste and quality! We couldn't find the stock image that stood up to what these look like in real life - purple, big, and beautiful!

Honey and Sea Salt Fromage Blanc

Handmade in small batches, this fermented fresh cheese originating in Northern France and Southern Belgium is made with milk from By George’s own grass-fed Jersey cows. Many of the ingredients are grown right on their farm here in the Rogue Valley. Other ingredients are sourced locally and organically whenever possible. Use as a dip for vegetables or a spread for bagels or toast. It’s versatile enough to be enjoyed as a pasta sauce, on burgers, or on fish. Also makes a great cheesecake!

Rogue Valley Sourdough Bread

Baked with 75% whole wheat grown and milled at Dunbar Farms right here in the Rogue Valley. This local wheat has a wonderful flavor profile that you just don’t get from industrial wheat.
