The dough is made with sprouted ancient wheat flour, which is then fermented with a sourdough starter to make the grains even more digestible and lower in gluten. It is lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and dates. The walnuts are grown on our farm in Jacksonville, OR, and they are sprouted to unlock their nutrients and flavor.
All organic ingredients: Sprouted Emmer flour (ancient whole wheat), coconut sugar, chopped dates, oats, Oregon coast grass-fed butter, walnuts (grown on our farm!), sourdough starter, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, Himalayan salt, Celtic sea salt.
