These classic muffins feature organic blueberries picked by the True Love Farm family at Springbank Farm in Lebanon, Oregon. We travel there every year and pick blueberries with the kids and their cousins!
Made with sprouted emmer flour, an ancient wheat that is lower in gluten than regular wheat flour, high in protein, fiber, B vitamins, magnesium, selenium. Sprouting increases the bioavailability of these nutrients.
