The Bearded Baker isn’t just about cheesecakes and caramel — it’s about continuing a legacy. Owner Pete ( my husband) learned the craft from his father, a Swiss-trained baker whose old-world techniques and passion for quality still inspire every batch we make today. What started as a family tradition has grown into a small-batch bakery dedicated to keeping that heritage alive, one cheesecake at a time.
