Montecucco Farms
The Montecucco family’s history in farming goes back to their Italian roots, but started in Oregon in 1926, growing fresh vegetables for the city market. The farm grows rhubarb, beans, beets, parsnips, rutabagas, carrots, turnips and more. Red beets are their most abundant crop, with other colored beet varieties, such as yellow and candy stripe, expanding from their niche.
