We are a small farm located in the Applegate Valley, Oregon. The farm is run by 2 friends (David the “Fox and Jennifer the “Squirrel”) who share a passion for growing beautiful, nutritious produce that inspires culinary delights. We use regenerative, organic (non-certified) practices and organic/heirloom seeds sourced from the Pacific Northwest. We lovingly tend the soil, our plants, and the land. Our mission is also to collaborate with other small farms to enrich our local food system and create more regional food sovereignty.
