The Salty Goat is a small farmstead creamery in Southern Oregon specializing in fresh chèvre, feta-style cheese, and soft-ripened bloomies (brie-style cheeses) made from our nubian goat milk. As we grow you can expect goat butter and aged cheeses varieties. All of our cheese is handmade in small batches with care, right here on the farm.
