This raw, aged, alpine-style cheese is handmade in small batches from By George’s own Jersey cow milk. The delicate nutty and not overly piquant flavor will complement any dish. Enjoy on crackers or spread over a baguette. It’s also great melted on turkey sandwiches, in fondue, or browned on French onion soup. Pairs well with a good ale and white wine. Don’t forget about a Reuben!
