Local & Organic Shishito Peppers are only available for a short time. These thin-skinned little green peppers are irresistibly delicious. Heat a little olive or avocado oil in your skillet, place in your peppers and cook for about 10 min until they have a slight char (turn while cooking to cook evenly on all sides).
