Handmade in small batches, this fermented fresh cheese originating in Northern France and Southern Belgium is made with milk from By George’s own grass-fed Jersey cows. Many of the ingredients are grown right on their farm here in the Rogue Valley. Other ingredients are sourced locally and organically whenever possible. Use as a dip for vegetables or a spread for bagels or toast. It’s versatile enough to be enjoyed as a pasta sauce, on burgers, or on fish.
